CAN directly delivers a significant number of new build infrastructure projects and has its own dedicated team of professionals in both the UK (trustees) and Nepal.

CAN has a strong track record of constructing in rural parts of Nepal. Our ethos has always been to construct utilising local skills, resources and materials wherever possible. This promotes local village economies, traditional vernacular architecture and prevents 'westernisation' of the Himalayas. All our buildings adhere to the National Design Codes of Nepal and integrate seismic resilience techniques.
